We loved the lift to the hotel included in the fare. The hotel was comfortable in everyway. We went to see the Dale Chihuly's exhibition in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. The garden are free and beautiful and the sculptures are scattered anound. You can see it at night for a fee. We were glad that we had seen it during the day as well so we knew where the sculptures were. The blue chandelier was amazing and will stay in Adelaide. We loved the spa and the pool although school holidays meants lots of small children screaming but as it was open from 6:00am until 10:pm, you could go later. We loved the bar menu especially the arancini and selection of drinks which you could order from the pool. The Duck san choi bau were delicious but eat something else if really hungry. They were fine for an entre or a light eater like us! We loved the bonus $10 voucher which could be used for food and drink AND could be totalled (which we did twice!) for not having bed linen changed daily. Loved the transport system and staff at the railway station. As an interstate senior with a card, you get free travel 9-3pm (not peak hour) and all day weekends for 2 weeks which saved lots of money. We went to Glenelg and Hahrndorf by public transport. Loved Rundle Mall and almost all the shops close by. We also went shopping at Mile End on a recommendation as it is away from the tourist strip and the prices are better.

This Hotel has a fantastic lobby & reception area as you enter to check in with multiple elevators to get to your floor. Front desk staff member was very helpful and a pleasant man to deal with. The layout of the room was great with a very impressive bed and headboard design. My room came with two armchairs and a footstool plus a small coffee table for drinks snacks and the remote. Fantastic view over Currie street and interesting to see the mix of old and new buildings and laneways below. The selection of in room services was outstanding and service for in room dining was speedy and friendly with quality food items. Tv was loaded with all the apps for streaming content and a decent size screen. Good sized bathroom with bath/shower setup and great lighting for the mirror. Grab yourself a trendy straight outta Hindley can cooler for $5 as a souvenir of your travels. Great value for $ hotel and charge frozen for incidentals was fair.

We loved the location, you can walk to Rundle Mall very easily and access all the shops and many restaurants. You can also pop on a free tram to locations further away, like the botanic gardens or art gallery. The beds were so comfy and I slept really well as the sheets were also nice and the pillows too. It was also very quiet and we heard no noise. We used the spa one night and loved it. We also had some dessert and a drink at the bar downstairs which is very popular and lots of other hotel guests were also enjoying a quiet drink there which made for a lovely holiday atmosphere. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Fantastic location, walking distance to Rundle Mall as well as plenty of other restaurants and eating places. Undercover parking was convenient, although a little tight and limited number of parks. Even though it was in the middle of the city, the room itself was quiet. The room was also spacious and very comfortable. Enjoyed using the hotel gym. Pool was good for a bit of a splash, but a little too small for swimming laps. Being able to use the bath tub was lovely. Free wi-fi was reliable and good enough for streaming.

Location was great, with easy access to public transport and Rundle Mall. Views from the room were great. Being an older building, even the higher floors felt safe compared to how newer hotels with windows all the way down can induce vertigo. Staff were friendly and welcoming in all of my interactions with them.
